Every crew and every truck dispatches from our own building at 1077 E Terra Ln in O'Fallon, MO. We are not a national brand selling territory to whoever bought your ZIP code this year. If something needs fixing two years from now, the same company answers the phone.
Distance changes scheduling, not standards
St. Charles County is minutes away. Monroe County, Illinois is closer to an hour. We batch the longer runs deliberately so we are not promising a truck we cannot send — and we tell you the real timeline instead of the one you want to hear.
Every town permits differently
Decks and fences inside city limits almost always need a permit, and the setback and height rules vary from one municipality to the next. Each town page below names the actual permitting authority. We confirm current requirements before every build rather than assuming.
Missouri and Illinois are not the same job
People assume the Metro East is just St. Louis with a different area code. It is not. Illinois licenses several trades separately from Missouri, its municipalities review plans more closely, and permit expectations on decks and fences are meaningfully stricter. A contractor who only works the Missouri side will get caught out by this.
We work both, and we quote each side according to its own rules — not a Missouri process with an Illinois address typed on top.
